Formatting Text
Formatting text in FrontPages Express is more or less the same as in a word processor.
Basically you highlight the text and then apply you selection to it. The formatting, fonts and size are all available from the menubar.

The pulldown on the left will give various preformatted styles that can be applied to your document, the middle pulldown gives the font selection and the two A's to the right increase or decrease the size of the text.
Changing Font Colours
Highlight the text you are going to change the colour of then click the
palette button
and select your colour from there.
Advanced settings
Select Format -> Font from the menubar and the following window will be displayed.

This is basically the same as above but give far more control of the font size, colour etc, by using the special styles tab other styles such a citation can be applied to text.
Text Alignment
This is achieved buy using one of the three alignment buttons as shown below:

Tip: When you set you font size check it with several screen resolutions since a large font at 1064X768 will be huge on 800X600 and a very small font on 800X600 will be microscopic on 1064X768.
