Frontpage Express Help - Inserting Images

Inserting Images

Inserting images is easy but first make sure you have copied the images you intend to use to your project folder.

To insert an image go to 'Insert -> Image or click on the image button in the toolbar Image insert button the following window will appear:

Image dialog

Other Location Tab: This is the one you will be using - just browse for the picture to be inserted, you should have already copied it into your project folder, the click OK. Thats you image inserted now use the formatting to left, centre or right align it Align button

Clip Art Tab: With this you search though the Microsoft Cilpart Gallery for clipart - this is no recommended as the format of these pictures is usually bmp or wmf, if you are going to use pictures from the clipart gallery they will need to be converted to gif's or jpg's first. I use Paint Shop Pro for this conversion but there are many conversion programs available some of which are Freeware try seaching TUCOWS if you need such a program.

Select the image to adjust the size by dragging the corner size tool.
